4-HIGH COLD ROLLING MILL

This machine is suitable for mild steel, stainless steel, low-alloy steel and special steel; the raw material thickness≤5mm, the width of strip ≤800mm, the product thickness ≥0.2mm.
Transmission method: work roll transmission (irreversible rolling mill) and back-up roll transmission (reversible rolling mill). Control methods: common electric pressing down and hydraulic pressing down through AGC system.
Equipped with hydraulic bending installation of work rolls which can fast adjust the gibbous degree of rollers to change the distribution of contact pressure between rollers, so as to control the plate form.
With simple construction, easy maintenance and less investment.
The electric control adopted PLC digital technology, which is convenient for manipulation.
Various kinds of?uncoiler, coiler and thickness gauge are equipped with as per user’s request.
